Well, I have vowed again this year to hit the patch big time... so in keeping with my 'new year's resolution' having played taxi at 4am from a friend's New Year's do I took advantage of my sobriety and, whilst my better half slept away the wine and shots...nipped to the patch for 2014's first year tick.
5:45 Lapwing Lane... Jackdaw. That was it. Good job I nipped when I did... awoke to wind and rain... not at all good for yuletide patchery... tomorrow though... the weather looks MUCH better :)
